Corvernn Growth Systems
Leads arrive. The problem is what happens next.
Corvernn builds the systems that keep opportunities moving — the reply, the owner, the follow-up — and hand the conversation to a person the moment a customer answers.
Without a system, everything depends on memory.
The inquiry arrives. Then it's a note, a missed call, a reminder nobody set — and while the owner loses the thread, the lead cools off.
- Inquiry Estimate request · website form
- Call Missed · 6:42 pm
- Reminder Follow up Thursday?
- Quote Sent Tuesday · no answer
- Message “Are you still available?”
- Note Who's handling this one?
A new lead arrives.
Nobody answers fast.
The owner forgets to follow up.
The contact sits loose between tools.
A reply arrives — and nobody sees it.
It isn't a people problem.
There was no path.
First, every opportunity enters one path.
Wherever it starts — a form, an email, a call — it's captured in one place with a clear next step. Now there is a system.
Then the system reacts.
It answers.
The customer hears back while the opportunity is still warm.
Someone owns the next step.
The right person gets it, with the details in one place.
And if the customer doesn't answer?
The system remembers.
It keeps following up.
Persistence without spam, with a person in charge of every real conversation.
Then someone answers.
Customer replied.
Automation stops.
A person takes over.
The system did its job. Now the conversation is human.
Now what happens next is designed.
The same logic, built for your process.
Rules every system we build follows
- Automation stops when a customer replies
- A manual override on every workflow
- Duplicate events are recognised — nobody gets two replies
- A failed send is retried, then a person is told
What we build from that logic.
Six kinds of system. Each one is a path with a trigger, an owner and a stop rule.
-
Lead response
- What enters
- A new inquiry from your site, email or form.
- What happens
- Stored, acknowledged in minutes, routed to its owner.
- What becomes possible
- No inquiry waits for someone to check.
-
Follow-up systems
- What enters
- A lead that hasn't answered yet.
- What happens
- Follow-ups on a schedule, stopped the moment they reply.
- What becomes possible
- Follow-up that doesn't depend on memory.
-
Estimate & quote follow-up
- What enters
- A quote that went out.
- What happens
- A timed check-in with the customer, then a nudge to the owner.
- What becomes possible
- Fewer quotes that simply go silent.
-
Missed-lead recovery
- What enters
- An inquiry after hours, or while the team is busy.
- What happens
- Acknowledged, queued and resurfaced until someone handles it.
- What becomes possible
- Nobody falls through a busy day.
-
Review requests
- What enters
- A job marked as done.
- What happens
- A polite request and one reminder — everyone asked the same way.
- What becomes possible
- Reviews as a routine, not a mood.
-
Operational automations
- What enters
- Repeated steps between your tools.
- What happens
- Status changes, reminders and records kept in sync.
- What becomes possible
- Your team spends its time on judgment, not copying.
Which of these is your gap?
If leads already come in, the gap is usually after the inquiry.
Let's define what should happen next. Describe today — rough is fine; we'll map the rest together.
Channels: our builds are email-first. Call-based recovery, SMS and WhatsApp depend on your phone provider and aren't part of our standard builds yet — tell us if you need them and we'll say honestly whether we can do it well.
Questions before you write
What can you automate?
Repeatable steps with a clear rule: acknowledging a new inquiry, notifying the right person, scheduling a follow-up, asking for a review after a job, moving a status, reminding the team. Anything that needs judgment stays with a person.
Do I need to replace my current CRM?
No. We work with the tools you already use when they offer a way in (an API, webhooks, email). If a tool offers none, we'll tell you and suggest the smallest change that works.
Can you work with my existing website and forms?
Yes. New inquiries can come from the forms you have; we connect what happens after them.
What happens when a customer replies?
Automation stops for that conversation and it moves to a person. That rule is part of every sequence we build.
Do you use AI?
Sometimes, for narrow jobs such as classifying a reply or drafting a first version for a person to approve. Critical steps never depend on unchecked AI output: the workflow works without it.
Can a human take over?
Always. Every workflow has a manual override and a record of what it did.
Can you maintain the system after launch?
Yes. We monitor, adjust rules as your process changes, and fix what breaks. Or we hand it over documented.
Do you support SMS or WhatsApp?
Not as a standard channel yet. Our builds are email-first. If text messaging is essential for you, tell us in the brief and we'll say honestly whether we can do it well for your case.
Got it.
We'll reply by email. If something is urgent, write to corvernnsystems@gmail.com.
