Before payment, the parties agree on scope, deliverables, price, timeline and any milestones. Changes require agreement and may affect price or timing.
4. Payments
Payment amounts, currency, due dates and milestones are specified in the agreed proposal. No payment is requested without an agreed scope and price.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information, necessary access, lawful content and timely feedback or approvals. Delays in required materials or approvals may affect the agreed schedule.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
Ownership and handover of agreed custom deliverables follow the proposal and completion of the agreed payment. Existing tools, reusable components and third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licences. Clients retain rights in the materials they provide.
